Becky Logan reflects on what she plans to accomplish as DRMC’s new CNO.

“Nurses are the heart of a hospital. They are unique because they are with patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Nurses share some of the patients’ most important moments.

In order to get to know the nurses, I’ve attended staff meetings and visited units. It’s important to hear the needs of the nursing staff. I hope that together we can decide what our goals need to be.

I am impressed with how much the people here care about this hospital and their community, and how they strive to make DRMC a place of excellence. I thank everyone at Danville Regional for showing me such an especially warm welcome.”
