WHAT:  Danville Regional Medical Center and the Danville Science Center are hosting a “Bouncing Bulldogs” Community Rope Skipping Mini-Workshop on Saturday, Oct. 9.

We are jumping for joy and health as we welcome the national championship Bouncing Bulldogs rope skipping demonstration team from Durham, N.C. This 90-minute workshop will
include a demonstration show. The team will teach workshop participants single-rope jumping, double Dutch jumping and how two people can jump with one rope.

The workshop is free but registration is required by Thursday, Oct. 7. Contact 434-791-5160 to reserve your space! Participation ranges from age five years to adult.
