Dear DRMC

Super Hero Nomination

I want to nominate Laura Swift for Super Hero. She has been so helpful to my family and daughter, Jennifer Breedlove. She had (over 4 hour) major emergency surgery on Friday, 2/15 and expects to be a patient all this week.

Laura made sure I had a lounge chair, pillows, blanket, etc. to stay Friday night. She even brought me “hot chocolate” - and checked to make sure we were okay for the night. She has stopped by my daughter’s room several times to see if she needed anything and has given her answers and assurance on health questions.

She is truly an ambassador for the O.R. and the medical center. Please recognize her for her concern and care for others!
